 Ricki  

Ricki is the owner/director of Johnson and Daltrey. He has nearly 30 years experience in the funeral industry. His wealth of experience is invaluable to the business and the team. Ricki conducts funeral services for all of our branches and also works very hard behind the scenes attending to families and their needs. He also has a keen interest in vehicle repair and renovation and ensures our fleet is always maintained to the highest of standard.

 Charlotte (Dip. FAA, Dip. FD)

Charlotte is a funeral arranger/director at Johnson and Daltrey. She began in the industry at the age of 18 and holds the National Association of Funeral Directors Diploma in Funeral Arranging & Administration and The National Association of Funeral Directors Diploma in Funeral Directing. Charlotte will assist you with arranging & conducting a funeral in any of our 3 branches. She also deals with the memorial department and all other office duties.

Dana

Dana is a funeral arranger at Johnson and Daltrey and is based in our Royal Wootton Bassett Branch. She has previously worked at the local crematorium and will assist you in all areas of arranging a funeral and pre-paid plans. Many of you may recognise Dana as her family used to run Woodland's which is now our Bassett branch!
